A room block is in place until 4/12/2024. The Aloft Marriott hotel will provide limited round-trip shuttle service for Aloft guests from the hotel to the venue & back. We will have 1-2 shuttles at designated times subject to availability. Please request the shuttle sign-up sheet at the time of check-in with Aloft Richardson Marriott.

The hotel has a bar, mix lounge area, outdoor patio, room service, convenience store, laundry facilities, fitness room, outdoor pool, & complimentary on-site parking. The hotel offers a made to order breakfast menu. The hotel has great views and many restaurants within walking distance. The DART light rail is only 1 block away from the Aloft Marriott & can take you around the DFW area to many of the recommended attractions.

If you need assistance making your reservation at Aloft Richardson Marriott, please call Ellen Willey at the hotel directly (normal business hours) & reference the Fleck - Davis wedding. Your stay will qualify for Marriott Bonvoy points so please be sure to provide your member number when making your reservation or upon arrival. The hotel will match all Bonvoy points given to all guests & match those points for the bride & groom for their future travel.

We have reserved the private mix lounge at the Aloft Marriott hotel for guests who want to extend the evening celebration for a casual after party Friday evening. In our absence, some late-night snacks will be provided. You will have the option to purchase wine, beer, & spirits at a discounted rate of $7 for call drinks & $10 per premium drinks.
